Any tasks associated with your exchange traded products account, including depositing funds, viewing your statements, modifying your trading permissions, changing your address etc. are achieved through the Account Management.
Please follow the procedure below:
TKBC does not charge any internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, please note payments to and from overseas banking institutions may attract transfer fees from either party which are independent of TKBC. Any such fees will be the responsibility of the client.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to withdraw to third-party accounts. We can only withdraw to a bank account in the same name as your TKBC account. Joint bank account payments are accepted as long as your TKBC account name is one of the parties.
Step 1: To withdraw funds online, simply print out our bank nomination form, fill out your information to nominate your bank account which you intend to withdraw funds to and send back to us via one of the following methods below.
Once you have nominated your bank account, you are free to withdraw funds online via the following form:
Note: Due to AML / CTF laws, TKBC cannot send funds to third parties. All money withdrawn from your account must go to a bank account in the same name as your TKBC trading account.
If you would manually like to withdraw funds to an un-nominated bank account you may fill out our withdrawal form and send back via details below. Please allow approximately two business days for n withdrawal wire requests to be received and processed and approximately four business days for International requests. Please ensure you sign at the bottom of the request form.
